- Log in as Admin
- Click ‘Manage’ > ‘Notification policy’
- Choose the ‘Delivery method’
- For each ‘action’ (notification), choose the setting for each user type and ‘Frequency’:
Frequency:
- Default frequency of notifications being sent out
- Daily or weekly – set by Admin
Recipients: Students, Parents, Teachers, Admin:
- Off = they do not receive this notification
- Choice = They choose if they want to receive this notification and if so, how often
- Forced = They are forced to always receive this notification
